Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: March 2026
Cancellations
You may cancel your Bin Bros plan at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel, contact us by email or phone at least 24 hours before your next scheduled cleaning to avoid being charged for that service cycle.
Once cancelled, your recurring billing will stop at the end of your current billing cycle. You will still receive any remaining service that has already been paid for.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning and we will:
- Re-clean your bins at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund for that service
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Trash bins were full and unable to be cleaned on service day. Please ensure your bins are empty at the curb on the morning of your scheduled cleaning.
- Service was completed on accessible, empty bins with no reported issues within 24 hours.
Rescheduling
Please notify Bin Bros of any scheduling conflicts at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning.
Bin Bros reserves the right to reschedule service due to:
- Holidays
- Inclement weather
- Changes in the trash collection company's schedule that may affect our equipment's operation
If we need to reschedule your service, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch your plan frequency (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly) at any time by contacting us. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails on a recurring charge, we will notify you by text and/or email. You will have 7 days to update your payment information. Service will be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Service Schedule
As a reminder, cleaning service rotates on the same day of the week based on your plan:
- Monthly: Every 4 weeks
- Bi-Monthly: Every 8 weeks
- Quarterly: Every 12 weeks
Service is performed the day after your scheduled trash pickup. Please leave bins empty and curbside on the morning of your cleaning day.
