These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bin Bros website and services. By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Bin Bros LLC ("Bin Bros," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and disinfecting services in the Oklahoma City Metro area. Service details, pricing, and availability are described on our website and may change without notice.
Services are typically scheduled the day following your regular trash collection day. All bins must be empty and placed curbside in an accessible location on the scheduled service day. No refund will be issued for bins that are inaccessible, not emptied by your trash collector, or otherwise unavailable on the scheduled service date.
Payment is collected at the time of purchase. For recurring subscription plans (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your selected frequency. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize Bin Bros to charge your payment method on file for each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time by contacting us at lyndsi@binbrosok.com. Please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled service date to avoid being charged for that service. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.
Bin Bros exercises reasonable care when performing all cleaning services. We are not liable for damage to bins that are already in poor, deteriorated, or compromised condition prior to cleaning. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Program Name: Bin Bros Service Notifications & Promotions
Message Types: If you opt in through our website, you may receive text messages from Bin Bros including appointment confirmations, service reminders, scheduling updates, and/or promotional offers, depending on the consent options you select.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and selections. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.
Help: For support, text HELP to the number from which you received the message, or contact us directly at lyndsi@binbrosok.com.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Bin Bros does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your text messaging plan.
Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Bin Bros.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
